Fastest: delete it yourself, in the app

Open the ResQBag app, go to Profile, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. Deletion starts immediately, needs no approval from us, and you are signed out straight away.

If you can't sign in, or have uninstalled the app

Email support@resqbag.in with the subject Account deletion request, from your registered email address or quoting your registered mobile number. We verify your identity, then delete the account and confirm by email. We acknowledge within 24 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your name, nickname, email address, and mobile number
Your sign-in record — the phone number or Google/Apple identity is released
Saved bags, cart, notification preferences, and push tokens
Your stored pickup location and location history

Active reservations are cancelled, and any refund due under the Refund Policy is issued to your original payment method first.

What is kept, and for how long

Order and payment records are retained in anonymised form — permanently severed from your identity — for 8 years, because the Companies Act, 2013 and the Income Tax Act, 1961 require it. Crash diagnostics, which are not linked to you, are kept up to 90 days. Backups are purged on the normal rotation, within 30 days.
